Returns Policy for Helen Swan Contemporary Designer Jewellery
A special effort is made to ensure that the Designer Jewellery photographs represent a true picture of each piece of jewellery. However, due to digital photography reproduction and individual PC settings, this is not always possible
If you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase, contact me within 7 days from receipt of goods. All items may be returned and a full refund made providing they are unworn and returned, in their original jewellery packaging, within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note, due to health and hygiene rules, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If an item is faulty I’ll be happy to refund or replace the item up to 30 days from receipt of goods, including P&P costs incurred in returning the product. Include a note explaining the reason for return, your contact details and order number. Insure the package appropriately when posting. Postage is only returned with faulty goods.

Postage is only returned with faulty goods therefore the P&P refund costs in this case will then be the responsibility of the purchaser not Helen Swan Jewellery.
Unfortunately I cannot refund an unwanted piece of bespoke designer jewellery that has been specially commissioned
Once the item of jewellery is received you will be contacted to confirm that the refund has been made. I strongly recommend that you use a special delivery service as Helen Swan Designer Jewellery cannot be responsible for any item lost in post
Please note that your post and packaging and any taxes incurred will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure that returned designer jewellery is packaged appropriately so that damage does not occur during transit.
When returning an item please state clearly the reasons why the item is being returned.
