Contemporary kilt pin in silver by Helen Swan Designer Jewellery.

My kilt pins are hand made in my studio, using many of the centuries old, tradional techniques of silversmithing.

The pared down symplicity of this kilt pin design is indicitive of my style:

Stripping a shape to its purest form without the  embellishment of distracting decoration creates this chic, elegant no nonsense design.

I can identify with the early 20th century Bauhaus Movement.

Their ethos of producing designs which feature little ornamentation and a focus on balanced forms and abstract shapes has influced my style .

This simple elegant kilt pin is approx. 9.5 cm in length and can be made with a blackened oxidised finish or in the textured silver as shown.

Kilt pins can be engraved with a personal message.
